Our main focus is providing a pleasent clean private room with full use of a chef's kitchen at an affordable price. We have daily housekeeping. We have a strict no smoking policy anywhere on the premises. The rate of $38/person/night is based on double occupancy. If you are traveling alone you must reserve for 2 guests. This becomes a $76 per night rate for the room.

The location is only 100 feet from the subway, 6 blocks from Central Park about 3/10's of a mile, or 1/2 kilometer. 10 minutes from Times Square.
This is a private room with a new queen bed, located in a recently renovated building. Plenty of natural light. The room is perfect for the solo traveler or couple who will be exploring the city during the day, and need a simple place to leave their things and rest at night. There are 3 other rooms on this floor, each with a key. The bathrooms are beautiful, and the common space and kitchen receive wonderful afternoon sunlight. I enjoy providing clean, affordable accommodations for travelers coming to NYC, and can't wait to host you!
Amenities include 2 bathrooms one of which has a built for 2 people $10,000 shower with six spouts including 4 spouts arranged overhead for a 10 foot high rainfall effect, there is no better way to wash long hair than this.

A beautiful new woman’s salon with a $30 mani/pedi special is across the street. Carrot, an organic food market around the corner and “The Winery”, which has a large selection of environmentally friendly wines grown without pesticides, is across the street from Carrot and a Starbucks is there as well. We are less than 2 miles for 10 different museums along Central Park east and west from the Guggenheim to the Metropolitan to the Museum of Natural History.
The diner from the Jerry Seinfeld show is less than 1 mile away and Jerry Seinfeld and Madonna live 1.5 miles south of us on Central Park West.
We provide coffee and tea. Since the supermarket is right next door and there is a bakery at our corner you will save a ton of money cooking at the apartment.

The apt has exposed brick and new wooden floors throughout. The room we will prepare for you has a high quality (full) pillow top mattress, a large window, ipod/ mp3 hook-up w/ speakers, full length mirror, closet space, and a home made desk made of skateboard decks. We can accommodate a single or couple in the room. In addition to the private room we also have a couch/ futon that folds out in the common space.
We keep the apt very clean and ask you do so as well if/when cooking etc...
When staying at our apt, we are happy to share any and all food we have stocked. For those staying with us over the weekend, we like to share our sunday am ritual by picking up some of the city's best bagels (Essa's Bagels).
Stepping outside the door of the apt brings you in front of some the east village's best cafes, bars and restaurants. There are 3 bus stops within 1 block & 2 subway lines
within 7 blocks. Tompkins sq park (w outdoor workout facility) is right around the corner as is a library.. and taxi's are very accessible.
We do ask for a deposit &/ copy of ID, that will be returned on your last day with us.
Fresh towels and sheets will be provided!! :)

Rent our spacious bright one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Upper East Side. The apartment is a 5th floor walk-up right at the crossing of 88th street and 3rd avenue. The area is literally packed with restaurants and bars. Only three avenues from central park. If you want to explore the remaining part of Manhattan, you have access to an express subway stop only two blocks from the apartment (one minute walk).
The apartment has all the amenities you may require: TV, Internet, a large kitchen-fully stocked, and a washing machine. The bedroom has a large queen size bed with a large wardrobe. If you need space for more than two, the apartment has two extra fully automatic air mattresses. Access to rooftop with BBQ and a sweet view.

Description
Rent our spacious bright one bedroom apartment located in the heart of Upper East Side. The apartment is a 5th floor walk-up right at the crossing of 88th street and 3rd avenue. The area is literally packed with restaurants and bars. Only three avenues from central park. If you want to explore the remaining part of Manhattan, you have access to an express subway stop only two blocks from the apartment (one minute walk).
The apartment has all the amenities you may require: TV, Internet, a large kitchen-fully stocked, and a washing machine. The bedroom has a large queen size bed with a large wardrobe. If you need space for more than two, the apartment has two extra fully automatic air mattresses. Access to rooftop with BBQ and a sweet view.
Please be respectful, clean and non-smoking! Please note: we will ask for a copy of your passport/ID upon booking. We can also supply you with the same, if you would like.

Hotel Deli river is a family-owned hotel operated by Dirk A. Buiskool and Diana Pardamean.
We are a Dutch-Indonesian family who have been providing tour-guide and hospitality services to international guests since 1990.
Located 12 kilometers outside the city of Medan on the island of Sumatra, our hotel and cottages are set in tropical gardens with their varieties of native fruits from our rambutan, jambu, sawo and mango trees.
As our guest you will relax over coffee, tea or other drinks on your veranda overlooking our fish pond, rice fields and tropical gardens.
Hotel Deli River gives a personal touch in service and atmosphere. We are sure you will find your stay with us on Indonesia's magnificent island of Sumatra, most memorable.

The name "Omlandia" derives from the student society "Omlandia", established in 1837 in Groningen, the Netherlands. "Omlandia" refers to the countryside around a town, in this case the thousand years old Dutch city of Groningen. The student society chose that name because its members, students at Groningen University, originated from the surrounding province of Groningen.
